REFUND OF ADMISSION FEES

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that earlier I took admission in INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT, Navi Mumbai in its Warangal campus through the GD/PI process and paid the first part of Tuition Fee of Rs. 25000, paid vide demand draft no.: 141703 dated 15/05 drawn on State Bank of India, Behala branch to them.

But now I have enrolled in MBA from BIT Mesra for the session 2011 as the fees was affordable by us. My father is a retired person and our financial position is not that stable to afford the loss of Rs. 25000 as the institute is not willing to refund the first part of the admission fees paid by me. Further, as per the AICTE norms, the institute has to refund the tuition fee if candidate confirms withdrawal of his name before commencement of the course, which I have already done on 18-06 and the classes started from 29-06..

Therefore, I would be highly obliged if you consider the matter in an urgent basis and make quick provision to refund the same at the earliest.
