Pan Card Not Received

Sir, I am Mr Tej Binod Rai, Date of Birth 25 May 1970, Vill- Gagaru Jote, PO- Dulal Jote, Dist- Darjeeling, Pin- 734429, I applied for new PAN Card in 17 May From Siliguri. My acknowlodgement Ser No is 038078284 and Cupan No is 0294454. But I not received yet PAN Card or any observation on my application form. So Sir I want know why dose not processing on my application.
