I have received a sms in my mobile informing that i have won the GBPponds 250, 000 in 2009 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw and also i have received further details to claim my prize contact Dr. White via E-mail: [email protected]. As per the term I contacted Dr. White, but i could not found him. But while i checking your website it is understood that the same sms was received by other so many people also. It is also noted that the contact person's name is different. While I go through this website it is clear that the sms is a cheating, defrauding the people and is punishable under section 420 of IPC. You are cheating all mobile users by a misrepresentation that all are won the mobile draw prize. If it is not clearly mentioned to all mobile users you will be lible to face legal consequences.
