Key Board is not detecting, usb port is not working, hdd not detecting

Dear Sir,

In my mother board keyboard is not detecting, and the usb port is also not working hdd is also not detecting so please give me solution where i can send my mother board for replacement and it is in warrenty please reply me soon as possible..
