Not depositing epf

Dear sir,

i am working as administrative officer in a m/s Intelligence & security services having it office at plot no -09 saheed nagar, bhubaneswaar, orissa.

i am working since last nine month, in every month Rs 545.00 is deducted as epf from my salary. but from some reliable sources i came to know that the agency is not having its epf registration, But still the proprietor of the firm Mr p.k singh is deducting the said amount from my salary.

he has engaged 90 numbers or security in origanisation like

1-indusind bank ltd (main branch bhubaeswar, orissa)
