Not reducing the home loans for existing customers shows a clear indication of catching new scape goats.. who are unware that after few months they will be in the same situation where existing customers are.
looks like the strategy rolled out at the recession looking at only the banks benefit rather than customer benefit. At least at the time of recession where the tough times are going on organisations should think about the customer and do the benefit for them. Think about the situation if the customers come to frastration state and realises about the tomorrow's fate and stop taking further loans all over the country, if that happens what will be the situations of the organisation will they able to withstand??? there existance will be a question Mark "?
