Not receiving of passport

Sir,

i was not present at my home when the passport had arrived.

i took enquiry at the post office regarding passport but they had told me that the passport had reverted back to the passport office on dated on 30-04.

can you tell me that have you received the passport or not and tell me how can i receive my passport and from where.

please reply as soon as possible. The passport is very urgent for me.
