In April I have booked and paid Rs.4 Lacs for a flat of 1450sq ft. then I paid Rs. 1, 62, 800.00 after two months as per the terms fixed with M/s. International Land Developers (ILD) now for the last four months I have been chasing them for refund of my money i.e. Rs.5, 62, 800.00 and they are not releasing the money and give excuses that Director or concerned persons are busy / not in office.
I request you to help us in this matter so that we can take us the whole amount with the interest.
