I had sent five (5) International parcels from my Kolkata home to my new home in Birmingham (UK) using your parcel services on 18.4.2009 before leaving for the UK. It is 2 months now and one of the parcels has not reached my UK home as yet. The details of the missing parcel are as follows.

For your reference, parcels CP508010339IN, CP508010342IN, CP508010427IN, CP508010413IN arrived at my UK home about 3 weeks back.

I have checked with Royal mail and they have confirmed that the parcel has not landed in UK.

Please help us to locate our missing parcel and send it at your earliest.
