KTS phone required with EPBX

We would like to complaint to Bharti Airtel that we have your six lines telephone cconnection, according to your salesperson committment we would get a key phone with our EPBX system which till date we havent received the same and your salesperson just says today tommorrow but he has not come or done any thing with regards to our complaint. We have been calling the person since last 15 days.

And we have some billing query also, but we are not getting any responce from your side.

The salesperson From whom we bought the lines are Mr. Amit & Mr. Sandeep.

We are not satiesfied with yours services and commitments. So please if our complaint if not solved within a week we would dissconnect our Bharti Airtel Connection.
