Unable to connect through iconnect

I have been using the iconnect since last 1.5 yrs ;recently I forgot the password for logging in and I received a courier where my new Login and transaction password has been sent by evening and to my astonishment I cannot login with the new password that has been sent through a courier.

Can some one help me out of this trouble??? or probably suggest me any reasons why this is happening?
