we have got bsnl broad band last month.but the modem is not working properly

Nobody is picking up the phone most of the time, if some body picks up

will give some other number and if I try with that number nobody will be picking it up.

I tried calling to my exchange fo this complaint, but nobody is picking up the phone.

So I request you to make necessary changes in my bsnl broad band internet and send it again. I am expecting an early response for this mail, for this
