It is realy bringing shame to say i m a proud customer of BSNL.After a long wait the respected technicians had a visit to our home to find out why the dial up is so slow. To our surprise they did not have anything to say or to rectify. But we overheard that the cable is to be changed. About one month we have been complaining to the concerned exchange (Cheruvakkal, kollam), neither they oblige to give a complaint no nor any answer how to go about it. I being an NRI it difficult to keep in touch with my loved ones. I dont have to write anything about the importance of communication these days. Also we have applied for the Broad band connection. Dont know when we can get some good news about it. Hope your esteemed organisation will take all possible steps to rectify the fault immediately
