No response from a month

No response from the intex service center, haldwani from 26.09.2008.

i gave my cell phone for repairing, as it was warranty. i submitted my cell phone in intex service center haldwani, the date which i got to take my cell back was after three days from the date of submitting, by asking me for my mobile handset from intex service center haldwani, daily they are making a new excuses.

As per my information, i think they have losted my cell phone.
