Non credit of shares

I have been struggling for this for many months now.

I had applied for 630 shares and was allotted 45 shares of Precision Pipes & Profiles Co Ltd. during the company’s IPO. A refund order for remaining amount was also received by me. However no shares were credited in to my NSDL demat account no. 10899578 with Axis Bank (erstwhile UTI Bank) having DPID IN300484

You informed that credit of shares has been rejected for technical reasons apparently because you have wrongly tried to credit the same to demat account no. IN30048410699578 (correct no. would be IN30048410899578). So you have one digit wrongly as 6 in stead of 8.

I have written to you twice but still await the credit to my demat account. Attempts to contact you on phone 25960320 (which keeps you on hold always) and email have failed.

Kindly look into matter urgently.
