I MUKESH K. KUMBHANI a shareholder of Maxwell Industries Ltd. have not got dividend for the year 2006 and 2007.

I have demate account with KHANDWALA INTEGRATED FINANCIAL SERVISES PVT. LTD. in which I also hold share of Maxwell Industries Ltd. on which I still not got dividend of both the year.

My complain no.120582 and i have forwarded two letter dated 21st January and 26th May
