Dear Sir,
I am unable to cancel my following tickets after repeated try. Please help.
Transaction ID: 0037861581 & 0037861016
PNR No : 6312041290 & 2608352109
Whenever I am trying to cancel with the proper ID no, it is appearing that "ID MAY BE invalid plz chk and try" though the ID is valid and it is also appearing in the issuing authority section.
I tryed to reach you in your help line, number of times but no one received the call.
