I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Pattabiram, chennai and my consumer number is 36912. I have booked for a refill on 10th Feb over phone behalf of my mother (cylinder is with name of my mother). They replied that they will distribute with in 10 days. But after 2 weeks I haven’t received cylinder, when I made a call to them they replied bill was submitted on 20th feb to distributor. Distributor name is Ganesan but distributor (Ganesan) said me that your cylinder is not ready as of now. Again I made a call to service desk and I informed them that, ganesan (distributor) is saying cylinder is not ready; After that service desk people asked him (Ganesan) and replied me, “he is saying that customer not available at site” (it seems that he might be informed to service desk people that customer is not available at site) and again I called distributor over mobile phone but again he said that your cylinder is not ready, see how much of collapse are in agency. I think that distributor had given my cylinder to someone else for money. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.
