Dear Sir/ Madam,
We, IOl Chemicals & pharmaceuticals Ltd, had sent a packet through your courier service in Ludhiana to Agartala on 25/07/08 wide Docket no: 153059342. But they have not delivered the packet at the specified address till date reason being that on-dot courier is not having service at the specified address.
If you don't have any service in a particular area then what the hell that packet is doing with your people for more than a month. They should have returned it back to our office. After giving various false committments to our office for last few days they are still not able to track the packet till this day (i.e 02/09/08).
Our packet is containing valuable documents & in case of loss, we shall debit all the amount to your respective office and further it may result into the cease of huge business we are giving to your agency.
We expect prompt response from your side.
