Pan Card Application Status

I had applied for PAN Card about 3 weeks back along with proof of address and identity proof, I got a SMS

"PAN Card to alloted to you is BDQPK0006G. PAN Card will be dispatched shortly" dated 25-09

but I have not get my PAN Card and no communication from their end. My PAN application acknowledgement no. is 010390200279620

Kindly let me know the status of same.
