I had applied for in the issue of ipo.of fch.ltd.through hdfc securty.ltd.vide application no.21807308. As per CAN NO.1256094 chq no. 252600 amounting to rs. 79560 was issued through ICICI BANK.the chq. is not received. hence it is requested to reissue chq. in leiu f that chq.
