this is the 4th time i am mailing you for the request of refund of the FCH IPO with the details in the attached mails. till now i have not recieved even a single reply from your side.what should i consider it. is this ur company policy to not to refund the money even after 5 months of release of IPO.

this is in reference to your letter 369335/1369335 which i received today (24th may) stating that i have still not encashed my refund order till date as thus the refund order has been expired but i would like to bring this in your kind attention that till date i have not received any refund order at my address. i have tried to contact the firm many times in past by emails to the address present on the form (copy of the emails has been attached below) but there was no reply from your side. so please see into this matter and take necessary actions. waiting for the response this time ASAP

this is the third time i am contacting you in the below said matter but still i have not received any response from your side. due to this i am bound to report the matter to SEBI regarding not refunding the amount for FCH IPO till date even after repeated requests from my side. please do respond this time or else i would have to take some legal action and report the same to SEBI.

Till date i have not recieved any refund warrant against the same.
i have sent u a physical letter regarding the same along with acknowledgment slip xerox on 2nd march but till not i have not received any response from your side.
