Non Refund/allotment of shares

Dear sir,

I have purchase through ICICI Direct .com.- 105 share for Reliance Power IPO by partial payment

Neither I received the allotment of shares nor the refund order till date.

But still I have not received the payment intimation or shares form against the 105 Shares of reliance Power.

I have wrote to customer care Karvy and the ICICI direct many times but not got any refund or shares
