I Naresh Babu Nooli worked in I - Process Servies (india) Pvt ltd from 02/03 to 31/12 as a Phone Banking Officer with Emp No: C05034 & Provident Fund A/c No: MH/47808/5090 . I have submitted PF withdrawl forms duly filled and forwarded by my previous employer on 26.11.2007. I regret to inform you that I have neither received the withdrawl amount nor any information about the issue.

In this regard, i require your immediate attention and see that the issue is resolved at the earliest.
