Iptv
Aksh Optifibre ltd

I had IPTV connection on my landline phone no.28537412 in My mother’s name (Mary Alice Kujur) since Dec’08. In March’09 I decided to surrender my phone but wanted to retain IPTV. I was told that surrendering the phone also results in surrender of IPTV, so I was asked to apply for new NTC line for IPTV. Also I was told by to Aksh Optifibre Ltd.’s representative Mr Sumeet (No. 9899177259) that the security money of Rs.1000 would be returned.

I have already surrendered my phone (No. 28537412) in last week of March’09.

I applied for new NTC line for IPTV in my name (Ninian Nauneet Kujur) and gave a post dated (31/03/09) cheque of Rs.1000 to Mr Sumeet on 18/03/09.I was told that within 2-3 weeks I ‘ll get the new connection.

But no connection has been given to me inspite of repeated complaints at different concerned numbers. I am always given assurance that matter will be looked upon.

Also no refund money of the security of earlier IPTV has not been given

to me.

Please note that I have received a bill of Rs.0 for new NTC for IPTV (Tel no.28533098, Consumer No. 2053273044) dated 08/04/09
