Poor service by Aksh Optifibre

I had Taken an IPTV connection which was Installed on 9th May by Aksh Optifibre.

I was told that Aksh will be offering me a good Service and all complaints will be taken very seriously and Prompt service will be provided.

But I m sorry to say they don’t have feelings towards customer and their service is the Worst.

They really don’t care about the problems face by Customer.

I was allotted a connection on 9th May and at that time their Engineer changed the Modem and IPTV was activated. But my Web Page was not opening even though Internet Connectivity was showing and the IPTV was working. Their Engineer told me it will take an hour as the changed settings had to be updated. But even after three hours the web Page was not Opening so I called on 126555 and the Executive told me that by Monday ie 11th May their engineer will come and solve the problem. But nobody turned up and on Tuesday ie 12th May MTNL lineman along with MTNL engineer came and solved the Problem and my web page was opening.

On 13th May My IPTV was not working and the message was shown that Cant Connect to Server.

I tried 126555 and after trying for long I was able to get their customer Executive and they assured me that their Engineer will solve the Problem. But nobody came for the service.

Their engineer called Three times on 13th May and told that he is on the way and he will come and solve the problem. But Nobody Turned.

On 14th My I tried to Call IPTV customer Care number 126555 but nobody was picking up the phone. I tried atleast ten to 15 times but nobody responded.

Then I tried to Call their CRM of Aksh Optifibre Mr Ritesh on his cell Number 9322111770 and he also did not pick up the phone eventhough I tried him so many times.

I even sent a mail to Mr. Ritesh on his Mail ID. After that also He doesn’t have the courtesy to revert back

I Was told on Monday if any complaint is pending you can talk to Arti on 28710363 (Ext :286).

I called 28710363 but Arti was also not picking up the Phone.

For the Last two Days I am not able to watch IPTV and still today none of the Engineers Turned up. Now I don’t have a Cable Connection.

I cant Suffer because of the Poor Service of Aksh Optifibre and I don’t want to continue with their Service. Their Customer Service Team doesn’t really care to solve any problem.

So I request to Please Discontinue My IPTV service and refund my Deposit of Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety given to Aksh Optifibre.

I don’t have any words to describe the Pathetic service of Aksh Optifibre and their Customer Service Team Including their CRM.How can nobody respond to their customer service number 126555.Only one assurance was given that give us one day and our engineer will solve your problem but for the past Five Days I m suffering because of their neglect towards their Jobs.
