Non Provision of IPTV connection

I have booked a IPTV (in association with MTNL) connection on 24th Jun through theree representavive Shri Sachin Kapoor and handed over a cheque of Rs. 999/- for security of Top Box. MTNL have provided there line within 5 days but the service from M/S Aksh Optifibre Ltd has not been provided within the prescribed time. I have tried to contact M/S Aksh through phone No. 26990009 but with non response. The representative Mr. Sachin has promised to provide the connection within One week.

If the service at the time of installation of initial connection so poor, what we can hope from you in futher serive on the subject matter.

Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earlied.
