Reliance Prepaid Charging within STV period

I am totally upset from service provided by Reliance, as Reliance are too big organization in mobile services.

I Recharged RIM Mobile by 496 Plan, for RIM to RIM Services on dated 24th of august.

Since still it's validity is pending. But I cannot make any call to reliance no Why? I asked from customer care that told me that ballance is low. I recharged my mobile with 50, but balance amout is automatically deducted without any prior service. They told me that caller tune is activated, while i did not selected any caller tune. I went up Reliance web world, i asked to remove any other service what ever applied.

I again Recharged from morning 50 20 10 10 100 Rs in Multiple times.

But ballance is always deducted. When i called up in STD Reliance Number then also balance is deducted. on miss call balance is deducted.

I am totally unhappy.

I just asking From Reliance, why balance is deducted, while validity is still pending. Are you are cheating who belong from Urban Area Member Person.

I had taken Three Reliance Number. If Reliance are not able to give good service then i choose other mobile service provider. And Going to throw all the reliance mobile in reliance web world in comming time period. Complain is registered on 20th of september.

If required i just go consumer court?
