Block my BSNL postpaid SIM card which has been losted on 18th Aug. 2008

I am a BSNL postpaid consumer. I have lost my mobile with SIM card on 18.08.2008 in New Delhi rly stn. and lodged a complaint to nearby police station (GRP New Delhi Rly. Stn.) immediately after lost. All the details regarding my connections are hereunder-

Mobile NO-9419093980, Account No.-107781981

Last bill paid- Rs, 1392.00, Invoice No.-026648198

Last two dialled No. before lost of mobile-09419093376, 09475163163

Customer Name-MANGER TUNNEL (issued to me by company later)

Address-Railway Holiday Home, Srinagar.

I couldn't go to BSNL office due to road blockade. So please help me in this regard. Thank you.
