Yesterday I have given complaint there is no response from the dept. I tried to give complaint over other phone but while registering complaint my phone No.22440091 with computer, the computer says this phone is temporarily disconnected, I am very shocked to receive the voice saying my phone is temporarily disconnected, I am paying the phone bills paying regularly there is no any bal. with my phone, and I have also confirmed with my Phone a/c there is no phone bill pending, this month bill only pending the due date is this month end, I don't know why the computer says like that. Please check my phone a/c there is no pending bill.
I request the concerned person to see in the matter and get connected my phone.
