IRCTC's server time is delayed by 3-4 minutes due to which we could not make tatkal tickets in time. IT IS TOTALLY CHEATING. Such manipulations giving undue advanatage to agents. It means when it is 8.00AM then IRCTC's website will show 7.57 AM, i..e booking already started at window but not on internet. Every second counts in case of TATKAL booking.
