Debit charged for failed transaction

Sir,

I booked my e-ticket thru IRCTC vide trans ID 0080522588 for train no. 2621, chennai to warangal on 6/12/08 and the ticket was not issued after receiving pament thru SBI debit card. The refund status shows the transaction as settled without the receipt number. I request the Railways to arrange my refund amount of Rs 441/-.
