Recently booked one ticket from BBSR to Newdelhi.
But the system generated 2 Tcikets and debited twice. Therefore I had to cancel one ticket, which costs me Rs.120/- . This is becuase of the faulty software of IRCTC.
NO REPLY FROM THEM NOW.
Their IVR Does not work.
There is no Escalation process available... The numbers they have given of Customer care are always BUSY.
Pathetic Service!!!
