Inconvience in seats

I am pvsn raju booked a train ticket through online.at time of booking the allotment seats are s13-70, 72, s11-64, 72.but during journey the ticket collector changes my seats as s13-78, 81, s11-72, 81.due to this change my father and mother are fell so much trouble.my father and mother ages are 63, 55 so take the action against on responsible persons
