Session failed after making payment

Sir,

I booked a ticket from bhubaneswar to kharagpur under the name of C S DORA /m/61, for the date of 6 apr the payment got transacted by SBI card named under manyapu sujata with card number ***************5844 but failed to give a ticket and showed sessions failed.

pls send me the ticket to my email id or the refund the payment asap.
