Ticket not booked but amount is debited

Hello sir

i had booked a ticket on irctc from id shikharlal on 19-4 2009 from allahabad to new delhi i have also done payment through SBI cum debit card .i have seen in my id ticket has not been booked but amount has been deducted from my account, please reimburse my money as soon as possible.
