Ticket not booked

Dear sir

i wanted to book a ticket from allahabad to new delhi on 19th aprail from my irctc id "shikharlal"and amount of ticket {297 rs} have been deducted from sbi atm cum debit card no.6220180158300062490 but no ticket is booked so i am requuesting you to refund my money to a/c no.10183916643 in the name of mr.harish srivastava

I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT EARLIER BUT NO STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKE N PLEASE REIMBURSE MY MONEY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
