Subject: Urgent, Duplicating of ticket issue [IRCTC #189285]

Myself Prashant Sharma (user id: ps28880) from Ahmedabad, Gujarat using your services since last two years.
I would like to comment that the services your are offering online of making tickets and also the
services of providing meals in train is fantastic and and one of the best of its kind.
But sir i have a concern which i want to share with you, when i was making tickets last time for the date 2nd may
of ashram express from delhi to ahmedabad on 27th april, your website again and again got crashed and after trying many times ultimately the ticket with PNR No : 2259550508 and transaction id
0110779047 was successfully made by me by which my family members travelled
But when i had gone through my recent creditcard statement, i was shocked to see that there were
three transactions which were approved from the creditcard for the ticket. the transaction id for the three tickets were
PNR NO
TRANSACTION ID
2159645501 0110775497
2259550508 0110779047
0110769262
Out of these all transactions the people who were booked were same with same date of journey and same train.
From these transaction, transaction id 0110769262 was refunded back to my account, and we have travelled by ticket with pnr no 2259550508 and transaction id 0110779047 .
But because of your websites breakdown the ticket with pnr no 2159645501 and transaction i d 0110775497 was also made.
Why should i suffer because of your websites mistake, please give the money credited back to my account. I have used my standard chartered credit card for these transactions the card number is 5546 2329 0086 7713.
This is a humble request.
