Non refund of full amount Rs.587 as the train was late by 9 hours

Sir

I was supposed to board at Guwahati station The train No 2518 Garib Rath dated 22-08 which was late by 9 hours than the scheduled departure time (21hrs) and was re-scheduled next day i.e. on 23-08 at 06-30 hrs. I filed TDR for refund as the said train was late by more than 6hrs and was supposed to get back the full amount of my ticked according to the rules laid by the IRCTC . But till date I got refund only Rs. 293/-.I hereby submit the details of my ticket and refund and request You kindly to take up the matter and see that the IRCTC refund the total amount which it has promised.
