Rs.245/- has been deducted from my ICICI account on 11th march unnecessarily. I have booked only 2 tickets (chennai-MAS to coimbatore-CBE and vice versa) and
the amount was deducted for 3 tickets. But, I have only two tickets in the booked history too. I tried calling the customer care several times and they put me on hold and disconnect the line.
I have sent out several emails to [email protected] but all in vain. Please help me...
