This is regarding service provided in 3 Tire AC of Indian Railway. That, I alongwith my friends Sri Raghunath padhi were on journey on dtd. 26.04.2010 from Bolangir to Bhubaneswar in Raipur - Puri intercity express of SE Railway in 3 Tire AC Reservation. Unfortunately the train was detained at Cuttack Station at 7.00 AM morning of 27.04.2010 and the AC was put off by the staffs for the reason best known to me. Inspite of our requested the AC was not put on though we have make reservation in 3-tire AC. Further the train was detained for a long period though the strike was for 1 hours only as declared in the media. when we complained the Station Master and ASM in the Cuttack station they paid a deaf ear and even behaved very arrogantly. Further they did not give us the complain register to lodge our complain. This is short of service by Indian Railway is not expected and I would reqeust you to refund the 3- Tire AC charges against my reservation on Dtd. 26.04.2010 in BE-I- Seat No2 and No5 against Shri Satrughan Panigrahi and Raghunath Padhi otherwise We will be forced to take shelter of consumer forum
