Efund of amount

I have booked a ticket (railway tatkal) on 27/05/08 from HWH to NDLS for 01/06/08 by citiband credit card no.5546198205958012 worth Rs 593.00 in the name of santosh singh but after confirming the approval on the computer screen the system got blank all of a sudden, later on when i called citi bank where they confirmed the transaction has gone through, also given the approval no.007290 for the same, then i tried to call irctc customer service with no answers.now on the second time i booked the same ticket successfully. It is a sincere request plz look for the same and refund the amount accordingly as suggested by the bank.they also said if there will be no response from irctc within 2 or 3 days the amount gets refunded automatically.
