I got e-ticket duly confirmed no. 8513646504 with transaction ID 0062065664. I am not able to digest that without getting the money how can thay confirm the ticket. Secondly more over after confirnation they have cancelled my ticket without any inforamtion. i have to travel tomorrow with my family and due to unavailabilty of ticket i am not able to travel. who is responsible for this harrasment???
