Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 4304525918 has been forwarded to CCM/South Eastern Railway on dt. 18.02.09. We have already issued Reminder No.1 & 2 dt.28.05.09 & 08.07.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 3 dt.14.10.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

It is almost 8 months since I filed my TDR and no refund has been made since then. If the matter is not solved by routine correspondence and reminders, I request you to take up the matter to higher level or at some officer level.

Please treat the matter urgent. If no positive response is received with in reasonable time I have no option rather than to approach consumer forum for remedy.
