We have already issued Reminder No.1 & 2 dt.28.05.09 & 08.07.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. It is almost 8 months since I filed my TDR and no refund has been made since then. If the matter is not solved by routine correspondence and reminders, I request you to take up the matter to higher level or at some officer level.
Please treat the matter urgent. If no positive response is received with in reasonable time I have no option rather than to approach consumer forum for remedy.
