I have booked a tkt through irctc.co.in on 30th June for COROMANDAL EXP,
train # 2841, PNR # 631-6809926 for 4th July for my wife and dad. Yesterday
i.e. July 3rd, your website showed that the train is cancelled. So I went
and booked air ticket. Today morning i.e. 3rd July I tried to cancel the
tickets but web site was slow and I could not. So today again at at 11:15pm
when I tried to cancel the tkts the status was showing as "CHART NOT
PREPARED" and after I cancelled the ticket the refund amount is coming as
0.00. This is totally unacceptable.!!! I booked the flight tickets for
12, 000 Rs. after confirming from your website that the train is cancelled,
and now you suddenly changed the status of the train and not refunding my
money??? How can you explain this? I want my refund!!!
I have been calling them almost everyday, and everytime they say they will do research and get back to me, but not yet received anything from them. more over most of the time i call my cellphone gets charged but not able to speak to anyone. Please do something.
