Ticket refund of canceled tain

I booked four tickets from Sealdah (Kolkata) to Kanpur vide PNR No.6115497079 dtd. 29th May but train had been canceled from railways side without any intimation. I booked tickets from NET so I mail to IRCTC for my booked amount but first they asked me that amount will be refuned within three months but now they are refusing to give me refund.

So pls help me in this matter.
