Dear sir, I tried to book a ticket from Secundrabad Jn to Nellore on 13 may on Simhapuri (sf) train No. (2710) for dt: 15 may from IRCTC.I tried to pay money from my SBI ATM card no 6220180088700163053, the fare was Rs.364 for Tatkal Quta but i was charged Rs.728.For the first attempt website was hanged and i was charged, second time it was successful.sir i just want to know when will i get my money refunded. please check in to the case and do the needful..."My IRCTC id is cheguvero".
