24-06 FOR CHENNAI-MADURAI IN NAGARKOIL EXP.FOR DTD.19-08 AND MADURAI-CHENNAI IN SAMPARK KRANTI EXP. FOR DTD.23-08 ALONG WITH REQUEST LETTER FOR BULK BOOKING, IDENTITY PROOF AND RESERVATION
FORM WHICH HAD ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS.
MY STAFF GAVE RESERVATION FORM AT AROUND 12.45 PM AT BOOKING COUNTER (LADIES STAFF)
RAILWAY EMPLOYEE SAYS THERE IS NO TRAIN CALLED SAMPARK EXP. TRNO 2651
STAFF REPLIED, PL CHECK PROPERLY BECAUSE WE GOT INFORMATION FROM (IRCTC.CO.IN) WEBSITE
RAILWAY EMPLOYEE AGAIN SAID THAT THERE IS NO SUCH TRAIN
ISSUED RETURN TICKETS IN PANDIAN EXPRESS WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND THAT ALSO WAIT LISTED.
I BOOKED E-TICKET FROM IRCTC.CO.IN IMMEDIATELY
SENT MY STAFF AGAIN TO RLY.STATION AND MET MANAGER ALONG WITH E-TICKET AS PROOF AND TOLD TO CANCEL THE PANDIAN EXPRESS TICKET WHICH YOUR EMPLOYEE HAS GIVEN WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION.
SHE REPLIED, THAT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEND,
STAFF SAID PLEASE CHECK THE RESERVATION FORM FOR YOUR PROOF
SHE REPLIED, SHE CANNOT CHECK AND IT IS NOT HER DUTY IN UNRULY WAY
STAFF, WE WILL COMPLAIN THIS TO HIGHER AUTHORITY
SHE REPLIED, NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING
STAFF, ASKED HER NAME
SHE REFUSED AND WENT OUTSIDE
STAFF CANCELLED TICKET AND CAME BACK AT AROUND 17.45PM
