Hi,
I have booked one online e-ticket on Aug01 for my brother from IRCTC site, but when he reached in train his name was missed form chart and T.T said he will be considered as without ticket.
He requested the T.T to search his name in chart but T.T was also not able to find the name in chart.
When he talked to IRCTC customer care they said ticket is booked but they can't help in this situation and T.T also said he can not help.
Finally my brother was left the train.
